Miss Postlethwaite's 10A2 science class delved into the fascinating structure of the heart last term. The highlight of the lesson was a hands-on dissection, where students had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the circulatory system. This past Christmas, our school community came together for a brilliant cause. Following a staff raffle to raise money for food vouchers for some of our pupils and their families, Mr. Nevitt, our headteacher, stepped in as the librarian for a day! ![]()

The lucky winning staff member enjoyed a bonus day off before Christmas while Mr. Nevitt took on the challenge with enthusiasm and a big smile. The raffle was a huge success, raising over £300 thanks to the generosity of our amazing staff. This initiative may become a cherished addition to our annual Christmas activities. ![]()
